Greg received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of California and Oregon. He is also a Certified in Plumbing Engineering. Greg has designed HVAC systems and central plants for the Nike North Campus Expansion and the Washington County Jail. In addition to his HVAC and plumbing experience, Greg has designed energy and resource electrical power and lighting systems for several retail projects. David has over 21 years of HVAC and plumbing design experience as well as extensive AutoCAD, Network and Computer experience.In the Portland area, David has designed HVAC systems for the Nike North Campus Expansion, Weiden & Kennedy Corporate office and the FourthAvenueCityDevelopmentCenter. He is familiar with developing applications for tax/LEED credits and energy studies using EnergyPro and eQUEST computer modeling software. David also has a vast knowledge of the Oregon,Washington and CaliforniaState energy codes. Don has over 38 years of mechanical, plumbing design and fire protection experience.He has past experience as an Associate as well as a Department Manager, which has given him experience with staffing, budgeting, project management, verbal and written communication as well as interfacing with clients and sub consultants. He has served as the Chapter President of ASPE in both Portland, Oregon and San Francisco, California and is a former managing associate of a large engineering firm on the West Coast. Don has an extensive background in project management as well as being well versed in plumbing codes and fire protection.Don has designed Plumbing systems for: Detention Facilities, Fire Stations, Federal buildings, Educational Facilities, High tech facilities, Hotels, Multi-family housing projects, Medical Facilities, Retail spaces and Warehouses.
